Orders are processed Monday-Friday and Shipped the day after your order is placed.
No shipments on weekends or USA Holidays.
We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking to ensure the security of your order. If you choose a shipping method that does not include tracking, we will not be responsible for lost or missing orders.




Individual sample sizes are created for the purpose of trying a fragrance before investing in a full bottle or blind buy. Due to health concerns, samples are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable under any circumstance.

PLACING AN ORDER:
You can place an order on the Site by adding Products to your basket and following the checkout process. Before placing an order you may always correct any errors you entered, change the basket contents, by adding or removing one or more Products from the basket, or cancel the entire order during checkout before sending your order.
You will also have an opportunity to review and edit all of the details of your order, including billing and shipping information, prior to confirming your purchase.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
USPS GROUND (5-8 business days, no signature required): $10
USPS PRIORITY: $15
2-Day Delivery: $40
Sample orders are shipped via USPS First Class, delivery may take eight to ten (8-10)
business days, and no tracking number is available. Sample order options:
USPS First Class - No Tracking, No Insurance $3
USPS Ground Advantage - Tracking + Insurance $5

Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed during a bank or public holiday will be dispatched the next business day as the couriers are closed.

NOTE: 
Once your order has an updated status of DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for that package. Lost or unfound items are not our responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to have the package delivered to a safe and secure place. 
On occasions some weather and other events may cause delays in your delivery that are out of our control. Therefor we are not in anyway liable if your order is received later than expected.
For any concerns regarding your DELIVERED package, please contact UPS USPS to file a claim.

TRACKING:
Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation email, which will include courier service along with tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We offer shipping to many countries outside the USA. All sales outside the USA are final and not returnable or refundable. Your orders are insured with the shipping company (UPS/USPS) and you will need to file a claim for defective or non delivered packages.  

RETURNS: 
At FLEURIT PARFUMS, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our goods, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

REPLACEMENTS:
In the event that a product arrives defective, we are happy to offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, the defective product must be returned for review. We will provide you with a return label, and all you need to do is tape up the shipping box, attach the shipping label, and send it back. Once the product is received and reviewed, a replacement will be sent to you.
No replacements will be given otherwise.
To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order through our                       page.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
